Follicular Dendritic Cell Sarcoma

Follicular Dendritic Cell Sarcoma

Clinical trials are currently accepting participants diagnosed with Follicular Dendritic Cell Sarcoma.

Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (FDC sarcoma) is an extremely rare kind of sarcoma. It shares some symptoms with lymphoma, which is a blood cancer, like having painless swollen lymph nodes. However, FDC sarcoma usually develops from special cells found in the lymph nodes, which are part of our body's infection-fighting lymphatic system. However, about 30% of these sarcomas develop in other parts of the body, which are named extranodal tumors.
